Given its Alaska roots and relationships across the Arctic and near-Arctic regions, C Change has created a subsidiary called the Investment Company of Alaska LLC (or IC Alaska, www.ICAlaska.com), which is dedicated to developing and operating sustainable infrastructure projects across the region. Notable among these projects is the $300-500 million development of a major air cargo campus at the Ted Stevens Anchorage international Airport (ANC) called NorthLink Aviation (www.NorthLinkAviation.com). Future projects in the region are focusing on renewable and sustainable energy (including waste-to-power), intermodal logistics, and intercontinental communications/data transmission.
